The birth of this company happened after due deliberations of ideas and experiences from various schools of thoughts. The journey on the road from ideation to conceptualization was slow but steady, resulting in our first unique offering HEI-MATE catering to the seamless adoption of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 across Higher Education Ecosystem in India. We strive to achieve innovative excellence to provide advanced digital solutions which will accelerate the effective implementation of various reforms for the welfare of society.
Dr Mukul Misra earned Ph.D. degree in Electronic Scienes from University of Delhi in year 2000 while working as CSIR Research Fellow in National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi. He received JSPS Post Doctoral Fellowship from Govt of Japan and worked in Osaka University for about 5 years. Later he also worked as researcher in University of Bath and University of Warwick, UK for about 5 years. From the year 2012, he worked as Professor in Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) in India and served at various positions of research and academic administration. He has very indepth understanding of Academic and R&D processes and its audit methodology.
Ajai Kumar is an accomplished/seasoned/hands-on business leader with approx. 30 years of Technology Industry experience with last 15+years in managing global PnL for Revenue and EBIDTA exponential growth. Proven expertise in revitalizing teams (external & internal) with focus on Human Capital development. Part of executive council and governing body for organization’s vision, strategy and execution. Revenue acceleration via new innovative channels/methods (one such innovative example - worked with Private Equity company and closed a large deal north of $200Mill. This deal involved end to end process, right from pitch with ROI, creating/closing/executing the deal). Expertise in communicating with various internal and external stakeholders (eg. board members, colleagues, partners, CXOs, analysts etc.) to deliver optimal business results. Passionate about contributing back to society with community leadership.
A seasoned technical professional, with professional experience of over 11 years in Telecom, E-commerce and Cloud domain. With previous associastions with MNCs like Google, Huawei, Ericsson and others he has a deep understanding of diverse range of tech stacks. He is an NIT (B. Tech) and Cornell University, NY (M. Eng) alumni.
A Science Graduate from University of Lucknow and trained teacher from NVQ , City & Guilds and ASDAN, United Kingdom is a social activist and worker for the cause of right to education for underprivileged children.
